Dr. Leann Mischel

Leann Mischel

Leann Mischel, Ph.D. earned a doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the University of Illinois . Her research interests include groups and teams in organizational settings; individual and group processes that enhance performance; entrepreneurial companies, particularly how the characteristics of the founding team and organizational practices relate to success, growth and failure; human resource activities; and organizational attributes. She is frequently published in academic journals, including Women at the Helm: Management Succession When Crisis Hits (Iannarelli, D. O., Iannarelli, C. & Mischel, L. J. 2005) which was presented at the 2005 International Council for Small Business (ICSB) Conference in Washington, D.C.



 



Dr. Susan Maher

Susan Maher

Susan Maher, PhD has over 20 years experience as an educator, educational diagnostician, and disability service provider in all levels of education from elementary school through college.  Susan earned her bachelor degree at Texas A & M University and her master degrees in special education and education psychology at the University of Houston.  She earned her doctoral degree in education leadership from Bernelli University in 2007.

Dr. Hazel Gooding

Hazel Gooding, Phd has worked in the field of international development with the United Nations Headquarters in New York for the past 14 years, covering a broad range of areas including public health, poverty reduction and gender equality.  She holds a PhD in Business (international studies) from Bernelli University, International Graduate School.  A Master of Science degree in Social Sciences (international relations) from Long Island University, New York.  And a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Guyana, South America.  Also an avid educator, she has worked with foreign language middle, and high school students and adult learners of English, French, Spanish and Portuguese in Europe and South America.  Her research interests include entrepreneurship; development in post-crisis situations; as well as gender and development, especially in the lesser developed countries of the world.
