TRENTINO TRAVEL TO LEARN - Customized Tour Suggestions by Bernelli

Join our faculty and professional staff to travel and learn about Trentino, Italy, which is close to Verona and two hours from either Venice or Milan.  Stay in a medieval mountain village and choose from accommodations like this one.

Food and Wine Program

Meet the families behind many of the local factories producing wine and also grappa - a favorite northern Italian after dinner drink.  Dine in a variety of settings including a mountain rifugio, lakeside family restaurant, and the finest establishments in the countryside serving fresh fruits and vegetables which they grow themselves.  A once in a lifetime experience.

Castles and Culture Program

You will say, "a week is not enough" after you see castles perched on hillsides and mountain tops.  You will receive a private tour of the oldest medieval village in the area and learn about the inhabitants some 1000 years ago.  Visit the ancient sites and museums where man has been documented to live some 3500 years ago.  Speak and interact with the locals and learn about their healthy and natural way of life.

Sports and Fitness

Lago Di Garda, the largest and cleanest lake in Italy along with the Dolomite Mountains of the Alps, provides a paradise for the sports enthusiast.  Windsurf in the morning, hike a mountain in the afternoon.  Enjoy a picnic with a bike ride along the river trail.  Fish, sail, swim on the pristine water.  Parasail and rockclimb with the most adventurist.   Lessons and guides available for all sports.  All levels welcome from novice to expert.
